About Marshall
I founded Red Stick Digital after more than twenty years practicing emergency medicine. Throughout my career, I was drawn to technology, problem solving, and building systems that make complex tasks easier. Over those same years, I designed websites, created digital workflows, and helped organizations improve their online presence long before launching this company.
My transition into web design and digital strategy was a deliberate shift, not a hobby or a side project. As healthcare became more restrictive and less aligned with how I wanted to spend my time, I focused increasingly on the work I genuinely enjoy: designing websites, implementing automation tools, improving online visibility, and helping small businesses understand what actually works in the digital world.
