A Professional Website includes up to 5 custom pages. You provide the base content, and we refine and optimize it. The timeline is 21 to 35 days. Both timelines assume normal back-and-forth on content and revisions.

Payment
- One-time projects: 25% deposit before work begins, 50% when we deliver the site for your review, and the final 25% due 15 days after the closing invoice.
- Smaller one-time services are invoiced on the schedule stated in your agreement.
- Monthly services: first month due up front, then monthly on the anniversary date.
- Social subscriptions: Social Onboarding is due with the first month, or waived on a 6-month prepay.
Refunds and cancellation
- Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
- Monthly services can be cancelled anytime. No refund for the current month.
Scope
- Care plan hours do not roll over. Time beyond your monthly allowance is $75/hour, a discount off the $99/hour standard rate, and applies while your plan is active.
- The Professional Care annual design refresh is capped at 4 hours and is a styling and layout update of existing pages, not a rebuild.
- Community management in Full Management means comments and DMs reviewed once per business day. Anything requiring a client decision is escalated, not answered on your behalf.
- Social ad spend is always your own cost, separate from any management fee.
